My speech
On the morning of November 5th of 2008. President elect Barack Obama gave a victory speech upon his election as the first African American president of American. He spoke about issues such as, developing new opportunities for the children of America, and to restore prosperity and promote the cause of peace. The most famous quote that i can recall states "This victory alone is not the change we seek. It is only the chance for us to make that change". Many Americans consider Obama's victory as"The change that as come to America", but many fail to recognize that the change as yet to come. Individuals who look to obama as the savior, not realizing that he's just a human, as a lot to learn. In order for obama to change problems such as the economy, and the declining of educational progress, the changes as to begin with the people. Obama can only do what he thinks is best for the country, but without the help from the citizens, America will continue to face severe problems.

Summary of my Toulmin
The claim of my argument was based on how close Hillary and obama were during the election. I supported my claim with the backing form CNN. The Cable News Network reported that Hillary followed Obama to Florida to help with his campaigning. While obama and Hillary were in the election together they both were seen on various occasions smiling and whispering comments in each others ear.
